Add Callie to emails for more scheduling flexibility
New features help Callie find times that work for everyone and handle one-time scheduling changes when needed.
- Time-zone awareness: Callie automatically accounts for your invitee’s time zone when suggesting meeting times.
- Mutually available times: When your invitee also uses Calendly, Callie highlights times that work for both of you with a green dot.
- One-time exceptions: Ask Callie to change a meeting’s duration or location, offer times outside your usual availability, or schedule over an existing calendar event.
